The Department of Politics and Public Administration at the Faculty of Politics, Law and Economics is seeking – pending final approval of funding – applications for a Junior Professorship in Political Theory (Salary Scale W1) to be filled by 1 April 2017.

The successful candidate possesses expertise in the study of political theory or political philosophy, for example theories of social justice, democracy, governance. A doctoral degree in political science or a related discipline is required. Applicants should have a strong publication record in international, high-ranked outlets as well as experience in university teaching in the field of political theory broadly defined.
